Uni-Directional Water Main Flushing - Uni-directional flushing is an effective way to clean water mains to maintain water quality and system capacity. By isolating runs through systematic opening and closing of mainline valves, a higher water velocity is achieved which, in turn, provides better scouring of pipes and uses less water volume.
